Who Is Ken Raine?

Ken holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Health, a Diploma of Workplace Health and Safety and has 15 years experience in local government environmental health as well as 23 years senior management experience in state government environmental protection. In November 2022, Ken completed his successful career with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation and has established Ken Raine Consulting. With this combined 38 years strategic and tactical experience including managing the emergency response to the most complex pollution and HAZMAT incidents in Western Australia history, Ken Raine literally wrote the book on the subject. In addition to his tertiary qualifications and extensive practical experience, he also an engaging trainer and has a keen eye for assessing systems for risks and developing workable and effective solutions in high pressure situations with limited information.
